Individual & Dynamic Duo Season Agreement and Conditions ("Agreement") outlines the terms for season pass holders at Capital City Kayak Adventures. By purchasing or using a season pass, the guest ("Passholder") agrees to be bound by the following terms. 1. General Pass Conditions Non-Transferable: Each individual season pass is issued to a specific person and may only be used by that person. Photo identification may be required at the time of check-in to verify the Passholder’s identity. No Cash Value: Season passes are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or credit toward other services (e.g., guided tours or merchandise) unless otherwise specified. Season Validity: Passes are valid only for the duration of the current operating season. Unused rentals or "days" do not roll over to the following year. Revocation: Capital City Kayak Adventures reserves the right to revoke any pass without refund if the Passholder violates safety rules, local waterways regulations, or the terms of this agreement. 2. The "Dynamic Duo" Season Pass The Dynamic Duo Pass is designed for flexibility and shared adventures. The Primary Passholder: The pass is registered under one primary name and is non-transferable. The Plus-One Benefit: The primary Passholder is entitled to bring one (1) additional guest of their choice per visit at no extra cost. Requirement: The additional guest must be accompanied by the primary Passholder at all times while on the water. The guest must also sign a standard liability waiver before launching. 3. Standard Booking Process To ensure equipment availability, all Passholders must follow the standard booking procedure: Advance Reservations: While walk-ins are welcome, they are subject to equipment availability. Passholders are strongly encouraged to book their time slots via text or call. Check-In: All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled launch time for a safety briefing and equipment fitting. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reserved time, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance. Frequent "no-shows" may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges. Equipment Return: All kayaks and gear must be returned to the launch site by the end of the designated rental period and placed in the designated area. Late returns may be subject to additional fees not covered by the season pass. 4. Safety & Liability Waivers: A signed Liability Waiver is required for all Passholders and guests at the start of each season or upon their first visit. PFD Requirement: Life jackets (PFDs) must be worn and properly fastened at all times while on the water. Weather Policy: For your safety, Capital City Kayak Adventures reserves the right to suspend operations due to inclement weather, high water levels, or other hazardous conditions. Acceptance of Terms By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth by Capital City Kayak Adventures.

Premium Season Pass Agreement and Conditions ("Agreement") outlines the terms for season pass holders at Capital City Kayak Adventures. By purchasing or using a season pass, the guest ("Passholder") agrees to be bound by the following terms. 1. Pass Value and Transferability No Cash Value: Premium Season Passes are non-refundable and hold no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can unused portions be credited toward future seasons or other services. Organizational Use: While these passes are assigned to a Department or Business, they are intended for the exclusive use of that entity's employees and their invited guests. Reselling pass access to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without a refund. 2. Liability and Safety Requirements Mandatory Waivers: Safety is our primary concern. Every individual (employee or guest) utilizing the pass must complete the Capital City Kayak Adventures Standard Liability Waiver. Annual Filing: Waivers must be completed at the beginning of each season before the first launch. Once a waiver is on file for the current season, that individual is cleared for the remainder of the year. Compliance: Passholders are responsible for ensuring all their guests are briefed on basic water safety and local waterway regulations. Your session can include a tour guide. Guided tour sessions last 1.5-2hrs. Solo/unguided sessions may paddle up to 5hrs. 3. Booking and Reservation Process To ensure your fleet is ready upon arrival, the following booking protocols apply: Secure Booking Code: Each Premium Pass is assigned a unique Booking Code/Password. This code must be provided at the time of reservation to validate the pass and waive rental fees. The unique pass/booking code will be updated periodically throughout the season to provide security and prevent potential booking abuse from guests and employees. Advance Notice: Reservations are highly recommended. While we strive to accommodate our Premium partners, equipment is subject to availability. Availability changes throughout the season. Please be mindful that not all days or sessions may be available for your party to reserve. SEASON CALENDAR May 23 - July 12th: Full day availability* July 13th - September 25 2:30pm - Sunset September 26th-October 11th Full day availability* October 12-31st* 2:30pm - Sunset Season calendar dates and times are subject to change Check-In: The group leader must check in at the rental kiosk 15 minutes prior to launch to confirm the guest count, waiver status, and reconfirm booking code. 4. Daily Guest Limits Usage limits are defined by the specific pass type and the day of the week. Please adhere to the following capacity constraints: Department Season Pass: Up to 8 guests per weekday session, up to 3 guests per weekend session, Max of 16 guests per work week. Business Season Pass: Up to 15 guests per weekday session, up to 5 guests per weekend session. Max of 24 guests per work week. 5. Equipment and Conduct Gear Included: Passes cover the rental of kayaks, paddles, and PFDs. Damage/Loss: The purchasing organization is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear, or the loss of equipment during a session. Weather Policy: Capital City Kayak Adventures reserves the right to cancel bookings due to hazardous weather. In such cases, the booking code can be reused for a future date. Acceptance of Terms Completion of the Premium Pass purchase constitutes an agreement to these terms by the Department or Business entity.
